Email William at william@clutchd.com for help with FormBro, your account, or a workspace. Include the page or public form URL, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the browser you were using. If the problem concerns a workspace, include its name or slug so it can be located after your identity is verified.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details, or form response contents by email. A concise reproduction is usually more useful than sensitive data. Support is handled directly by Clutchd, LLC; there is no guaranteed response time, but requests are reviewed as promptly as practical.

Public, non-sensitive bugs and focused feature proposals belong in the FormBro GitHub repository. Before opening an issue, check whether someone has already reported it. A useful report includes a minimal reproduction, the expected result, the actual result, and any relevant screenshots with private information removed.

GitHub issues are public. Never attach customer submissions, private form links, access credentials, or details that could help someone exploit a security problem.

Please report suspected security vulnerabilities privately to william@clutchd.com instead of opening a public issue. Describe the affected surface, potential impact, and the smallest safe set of steps needed to reproduce the problem. Avoid accessing data that is not yours, disrupting the service, or including secrets in the report.

Clutchd will validate credible reports, coordinate remediation, and discuss disclosure after users are protected. This contact is for product security; emergencies involving another person or organization should be directed to the appropriate local authority or service provider.

For an access, correction, export, or deletion request concerning your FormBro account, email william@clutchd.com from the address associated with the account and state the request clearly. Additional verification may be required before account data is disclosed or changed.

If you submitted information through a form created by a FormBro customer, contact that form's owner first. The owner decides what the form asks and how responses are used; FormBro supplies the service that stores and processes those responses on the owner's behalf.
