This is a draft stub for product directories and trust checks. It is not counsel-reviewed legal advice. The hosted FormBro service is operated by Clutchd, LLC.

The software

FormBro’s source code is released under the MIT license. You may run, copy, and modify that software under those license terms. The hosted website at formbro.com is a separate service we operate.

The hosted service

A free workspace includes 5,000 submissions per month, unlimited seats, and unlimited forms in one workspace. Basic is $29 per month and Pro is $99 per month, with the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change hosted plans with notice on that page.

Your content

You are responsible for the forms you publish and the data you collect. Do not use the service to break the law, abuse respondents, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend a workspace that creates a serious risk to the service or to other people.

No warranty

The hosted service is provided as-is. Clutchd, LLC is not liable for lost submissions, downtime, or decisions you make from collected data, except where the law says we cannot limit that liability. A fuller agreement will replace this stub.
