Privacy notice

This notice applies to FormBro websites, accounts, workspaces, forms, and related support operated by Clutchd, LLC. It covers information provided directly, generated while using the product, or received from connected providers.

A FormBro customer controls the forms they create: they choose the questions, purpose, audience, and how submitted information is used. For that response data, FormBro processes information to provide the service on the customer's behalf. If you are a form respondent, direct questions about a form or its use of your response to the form owner. This notice also covers information FormBro uses for its own account administration, security, product operation, and improvement.

Account information may include your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, settings, and subscription status. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the provider supplies the profile information needed to create or connect your account; FormBro does not receive your provider password.

Product content includes workspace details, form names and schemas, draft and published form configurations, templates you use, and responses submitted to public forms. Support communications include the messages and files you choose to send. Billing records include plan, customer, subscription, invoice, and transaction identifiers, while payment-card details are collected and handled by Stripe rather than stored by FormBro.

Technical and usage information may include browser and device details, network address, timestamps, pages and product features used, public-form identifiers and status, diagnostics, and unhandled application errors. When an account is signed in, analytics may be associated with its user identifier, name, and email address so product behavior and failures can be understood across sessions.

When you choose the AI-assisted editor, FormBro sends the conversation, instructions, and relevant current form schema to the configured model service so it can propose or apply edits. Generated output, model identifiers, form and workspace identifiers, and related input and output telemetry may also be processed to operate, diagnose, and improve that feature.

Do not place secrets, payment details, response contents, or other information you do not want processed by an AI provider into an AI prompt or draft schema. The AI editor is optional; forms can be created and edited through the regular product interface without using it.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate workspaces, compile and publish forms, accept and return submissions, provide templates and AI features, send transactional messages, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, secure and debug the service, and understand which product flows need improvement.

FormBro does not sell personal information. Form response contents are not sent to product analytics, logs, or error-reporting tools. Limited form metadata, such as a form identifier, name, slug, workspace slug, publication status, and whether a submission succeeded, may be used for operational analytics without including the submitted answers.

FormBro relies on service providers to run the product. Convex provides application data storage and server workflows; Stripe handles subscription billing; Resend delivers transactional email; PostHog provides product analytics, error reporting, and AI telemetry; Google and Microsoft provide optional social sign-in; and hosting, model, and AI gateway providers process requests needed to deliver the web application and optional AI editor.

These providers receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate confidentiality protections.

FormBro and its providers use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain authentication, remember interface preferences such as theme, associate product analytics with an account, protect the service, and keep the application working across navigation. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other product features from functioning correctly.

Account and product information is generally retained while it is needed to provide an active account or workspace. Some records may remain longer when required for billing, security, backups, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Verified deletion requests are evaluated against those operational and legal needs. Form owners control the retention and deletion decisions for responses they collect, subject to the service's available controls and backups.

FormBro uses access controls and operational safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, which may have different data-protection rules than your home jurisdiction.

Account holders can update certain profile, workspace, form, and subscription information inside the product. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, email william@clutchd.com from the address associated with the account. Identity may be verified before a request is completed.

Form respondents should contact the form owner about access to, correction of, or deletion of a submitted response. If you cannot identify the owner, include the public form URL in a message to FormBro without repeating the response contents, and we will help route the request where practical.

This notice may change as FormBro's features and providers evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
